Love that you are closer to where we live now. The Kalamazoo store was the first dispensary that I went to. The staff is very welcoming as soon as you walk in. The bud tender I worked with was very patient answering my numerous questions. He explained all the different products and the pricing very clearly. I believe that I received the best products for the money I spent!

The Kalamazoo location WAS our go to! They do have an amazing bud tender named Jazz. Unfortunately after several years of going we had a terrible experience this past time with Gentleman bud tender who tried over selling every product they had and or was mentioned by myself. Unfortunately that’s what has deterred us from frequenting this location. I and my partner do appreciate the help we have received over the past several years of business, yet this is not how I feel a medical patient should have to deal with purchasing product. If everything I ask a question about (should work) or (might be ok) is not a knowledgeable answer, then that just sucks.. In lamens terms.

The Refinery is hands down the best dispensary in town! They always have an incredible selection, no matter what you’re looking for, and the prices are unbeatable for the quality you get. The staff is top-notch—every time I visit, they go above and beyond to make sure I leave with exactly what I want.

A special shoutout to Faustina, who runs the place like a pro, and Dre, who always nails my terp profile and knows exactly what I like when it comes to bud. The customer service here is unmatched, and the whole team makes every visit a great experience.

If you’re looking for high-quality products, great prices, and knowledgeable staff who truly care, The Refinery is the place to go. 5 stars, A+ all the way!
