I just wanted to say we have two amazing people working here at the pines apt., Ms. Marquitta is doing an excellent job in the office and getting things done the right way. Mr Randy get his job done as well and I love their sweet personality, they always make sure to keep a smile and speak in and out of the office and they always make you feel important . I finally got a refrigerator!! I have been requesting one for a while. With management being a toss up is been on hold for over a year. Now, our new Maintenance man Mr. Randy!! He is the truth! He has fixed my roof(my upstairs neighbor flooded my apartment) after it was neglected by the previous maintenance man. He has fixed everything. I FINALLY GOT A CEILING FAN AFTER 2 years of it not working !!! I love the direction so far!!! #Go Randy

Randy the Grounds Maintenance personnel, is the most efficient and reliable maintenance worker they have had. He is on time when he says he is coming by. He knows exactly what an issue is and how to fix it. He doesn’t do any shortcuts. He always walks around with a smile and talks to every tenant that he sees.
