I’ve requested a quote multiple times over the past few months trying to get a quote to lease, purchase, or rent a forklift for my business. Have never received an email or call back from anyone, dating back to August.

One of our lifts had a cavitating hydraulic pump which caused it to jump when lifting especially heavy items. For 4 weeks after the tech came to diagnose we didn't hear a word from them. then one morning at 7am they showed up. On that morning they spent 10 minutes blowing the usual dust off a outside run forklift, and before 8 am had finished the job of swapping the pump, filters and oil, that a child could do of 4 bolts and a couple hoses When I received the bill of more than $5200.00, I lost my mind. After demanding a breakdown they charged $210 an hour for 9 hours billed in labor.... remember they weren't on site for an hour total.

That is the last sale Lilly Company will make here.
