If you are looking to visit a working farm with lavender this is not the location to visit at this time.

The home is beautiful for what it is and the tour had a friendly guide; however the entire back story of the home feels misleading as well as calling it a farm is not accurate.

We would not have spent my birthday weekend visiting nor would we have supported if we realized the true back story of this home as it does not reflect our values.

It's a fine home with kind tour guides. Just not the experience we felt they advertised and feel like we wasted our time and money.

In addition, we felt they should have disclosed prior to our visit the inside would be decorated for Halloween. It took away from the charm of the home and did not offer the experience we went there for.

Side note: We were also informed they no longer do weddings or events here.

My friend and I decided to do a girl's day at the Lavender Farm. We are so happy that we did. We had a wonderful tour guide, he was very knowledgeable and made sure the tour was fun for everyone. The property is beautiful, I felt like it was an oasis in the city. The home is gorgeous. It would be amazing to be able to live there! Be sure to visit the shop and enjoy a lavender cookie. It tasted awesome, and I couldn't resist purchasing a few of their rose scented candles.

Opulence and extravagance in the desert! The tour guide was informative & entertaining. Very professional presentation. The gift shop was lovely, stocked with many high quality & aromatic products. I purchased a lavender baked cookie and it was delicious. They are prepared to handle large groups if notified in advance. Overflow parking was on the side. A wonderful day trip and worth every cent!

This house was built in 1984. It's kinda cool to see how the original owners spent their money bringing the architecture to the entire grounds. Nice little shop to purchase items from the lavendar growing areas. This is not a lavendar farm its 10 acres of house and great water features. Staff was awesome!

Really beautiful grounds! The tour of Mansion was fast. I thought the place was older, but it's not. It's called a lavender farm, but I didn't see, but small plants, not fields. There are not a lot of things in the gift shop. No magnets, no post cards. ? They can't hold weddings but I could see cooking classes, high tea, a small cafe, offer more gifts in the gift shop. They do have occasional soap and candle making classes in the barn.

The house itself was incredibly beautiful, there is so much detail in each furniture piece, door, everything, it was so beautiful
The low rating is actually for the tour
I went with my mother who is a senior citizen, myself, and my two cousins, we all felt like the tour guide John was rude, and we felt rushed, and he spoke to us like he didn't want to be there. It would have been a more enjoyable tour with someone respectful instead. But the house was beautiful.

JUST GO! Love love love! Best customer service, super friendly team, great mansion tour $20 worth every penny, super cute market! Bought the best citrus lotion in the world! Took a hundred photos and can’t stop thinking about how fascinating it all was! I had zero expectations and HAD A PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE! Go go go! Grab your friend, family member, co worker, or nearest Amazon driver and GO! I want to go back already and with a different tour guide to learn different things! I would absolutely go at Christmas time!

We did the last time slot for the night tour, not really knowing what to expect and socks were blown off! Hearing the story behind the mansions past, seeing the romanticism that is still alive in marriage now, and the gorgeous details throughout the mansion was incredible. Don't miss this tour, and come during the day to see more of the grounds! (Not in the middle of the summer though.. It's AZ and it's hot y'all!)
