I've been with the Katerberg Rappuhn Agency for a while now, and I can't say enough good things about Justin and his team! The main reason I stick with them is because they are incredibly friendly and communicative. Every time I have a question or need assistance, their team is always there to help. They make sure to explain everything clearly and keep me updated on any changes or important information. Only thing is I wish there was an app or website to get policy information fast! Highly recommend!!

I recently received notification from the team at this agency about my rate increase at my next renewal. Of course I did my homework and made some calls. I was told by 2 other agencies I have a great rate and they could not match where we're at.
Randy and his team followed up and offered suggestions for changes in my policy that could save me money! As we are all aware prices are increasing EVERYWHERE....this team truly wants to work for me! They are honest, thorough, and great at communicating!! Needless to say, I'm renewing with this team!
