A really cute kitchen store in downtown Manistee.

We came in and browsed around. Really interested kitchen stuff. They have a nice variety here.

The staff were really welcoming and friendly.

They have a lots of local Michigan stuff and some unique kitchen accoutrement.

"If they don't have it, you don't need it." I love this place. I find just about everything I need here -- and even stuff I didn't think I needed until they recommended it. Just a cute and awesome kitchen store with everything from Himalayan salt stones to Polish pottery; it really has helped me expand my culinary skills. (And the staff is knowledgeable and kind.)

High quality kitchen equipment. Nothing here is low quality, they have high end knives, and specialty cookware, homemade aprons. If you are food savvy, this is a good place to look around. If you know a chef, send them here.

Super great selection! Just be prepared to pay retail. The nice part is that you can probably trust that you are getting a selection of curated products with guaranteed quality. Our KitchenAid salt and pepper grinders wore out, and we found replacements with stainless hardware that, although 50% higher price, are at least twice the quality.

Wondered into The Ideal Kitchen during a recent trip to Michigan. Shelley is incredibly kind and has a great working knowledge of the products in her store. Shelley took time to answer questions as well as make great recommendations. Great store with customer service well above what was expected. Do not pass on visiting this store and Shelley if in the area.
