Awesome place. First time to stop at a Human Bean and I was thrilled by the friendly service and the delicious coffee. I was thinking about a latte, asking about their flavors and the server guided me to an English Toffee flavor which was awesome. Loved the little bean which came on top of the coffee cup.

I’ve been loving the Human Bean! I usually get their iced sugar free Muddy and it is always made perfectly and is the best pick me up! Everyone who works there is so friendly and my husband and I have loved the food items we have gotten as well!

I went over there to treat my family to some of their excellent flavored iced tea and Italian sodas, but when I got home unfortunately one of my iced tea cups that I was removing from the carrier suddenly squeezed/flexed perhaps from a loose lid and dumped all over my floor and I was crushed. Fortunately, the Human Bean Staff went above and beyond and made my day by replacing my cup of tea at no cost. They definitely earned my gratitude. Thanks!

Taking stuff back for a remake sucks for me too. I purchased 3 holiday themed drinks. Pumpkin spice snowies. In the advertising picture it has whipped cream and cinnamon on them. This is not something I normally buy. Just iced coffee with I guess pumpkin spiced creamer. I was told they don't look like the picture and was told by who I got the drink for that they messed it up and how do you screw up a holiday themed drink. Idk how but I was told how when I returned for the remake. Apparently I need to specify that I want the whipped cream and cinnamon up front. Ok. I didn't know that. Then I got told this time they will remake the drink that got drunk but not again. When I hand the drinks out to my passengers, I don't say don't drink it. Sorry about that, not really. Almost nobody is trying to scam you for a free coffee. That includes me. I said sorry. They never did. Just told me how I was wrong. The remake looks vindictively made or maybe I'm just projecting. Anyways their customer service and pride in what they are doing wasn't present. I won't be back.

When mom and dad make you go to work with them first thing on a Saturday, you make them get you your pup cup! 🐶 We have been here most mornings since they opened and always get the same breakfast that the staff had started to recognize. It's fun, usually quick and the staff is nice. My husband and I cheers our chocolate covered beans every morning before eating them. This place has become a ritual for us. Not to mention, I have the app and am hoarding my rewards so I can treat the family when they visit!

I was so happy that we live nice and close, but this morning was the 3rd drink in a row that was an absolute waste of money. I get them on the way to work so I can't go back and ask them to make the drink taste the way they used to. I am really irritated today that I basically donated money for a drink that is getting poured out.

This is the second time I’ve been turned away at human bean. Which kind of sucks cause both time I was craving a coffee and it’s disappointing to not get what you are craving. First time my husband went and on Apple map is says they are open till 8 - got there at 7:02 pm and was turned away for being closed. Second time I went at 6:34 PM and they told me they were only accepting card at the time cause they already closed their drawer. I had cash on me but I left my wallet at work so I was turned away again cause they didn’t want to accept my cash. I really like this place. Great coffee, even better food. A little pricey but willing to pay and support a local own place, but being turned away twice in one week really sucks. Thought I found my coffee place in PV - will continue to find my place else where. Inconsistency will kill a business.

Update - Thank you for responding ♥️ I also want to mention that this isn’t the first time this has happened. I posted on a Facebook group page and it seems this has happened to a few people per the comments on my post. A lot of people have made great review/comments about how amazing the coffee tastes so keep up the good work. I hope this get resolved.
