I loved my experience with Chef Daniel! My wife and I just took his pizza making class today and learned a ton. His cooking class loft is perfect for a small group and even more impressive is the care and thoughtfulness that goes into his recipes. You can tell that cooking and nutrition for him is so much more than about creating delicious meals; I very much sensed it was spiritual in a sense and a vehicle to share his creativity and passion with others. Also important to note, Chef Daniel specializes in vegetarian dishes as well. Will definitely be back for his other classes!

We had an amazing experience at our pasta-making event! Chef Daniel guided us through creating ravioli and other pasta shapes using a simple vegan pasta dough recipe. It was such a fun, hands-on activity for our team. The evening was topped off with a delicious meal prepared by the chef, including a tasty appetizer, fresh salad, the pasta we made, and a delightful vegan dessert. Highly recommend this for teams looking to bond over learning to make delicious food from simple ingredients!

My son (15 y/o) and I took Chef Daniel's pizza-making class together and it was awesome! He taught us his process to make delicious pizza -- totally from scratch, including the dough -- in just over an hour. If you are looking for a fun event for your family, friends, or workplace, we would highly recommend a cooking class at The Foodery!

Highly recommend! Chef Daniel is so knowledgeable and created a wonderful experience for us! We did the vegan cooking class and the food was delicious. The vegan homemade pasta and vegan cinnamon apple ice cream were the highlights! The ingredients were so fresh and from the farmers market. Will be coming back for another class!
