The class was excellent and fun. I look forward to another class with Lisa. She really enjoys what she does and gave some great tips during the class, and I left with more great recipes than just the ones we made in class. Come hungry is my tip. 🙂

I attended the garlic Toum class. It was super informative and fun. Our instructor Lisa was great at explaining how to make it, and also what potential problems you might run into, how to prevent them, and how to correct mistakes. The price was great, and we all left with a 32oz container of delicious Toum. I highly recommend these classes and I will definitely be attending others in the future!

Our Girl Scout troop had a great time making meals for our Simple Meals badge. Lisa was easy to work with and had all the cooking supplies (minus ingredients) we needed to create meals with 20 girls. She even gave us some suggestions on making some of the dishes work better. It was a great experience for our Girl Scout troop!

What an incredible facility! We were able to get so much done in such a short amount of time by utilizing the large oven spaces! My daughter bakes horse treats (Bits and Bites by Addi) and needed to get close to 3000 treats done the week before a show. We were able to do it because of The Flavor Lab and the space /equipment she could use there. Clean, friendly, and perfect for a growing business.

I've tried several of their catering foods and they've all been great! It's very easy to get ahold of them for when you need to book an event. Because of popularity call and ask ahead of time. The owners Mark and Lisa are very friendly and it's an awesome way to have them take care of the food arrangements while your guests can enjoy on the event.

I'd comfortably recommend them for any occasion and expect to be very pleased by their professionalism and high quality foods! They can prepare a large variety of dishes so there's no shortage of good options to choose from.
