Horrible!!!

I booked a course to renew my license which is due to expire next week earlier this month. I was told that I was good to go and to arrive at 9am on the day that was told to me ( I have video that the parking lot was empty at the time they were suppose to be open) I even called 2 days before to confirm my class! I arrived on time and no one was there! I called and left voicemails and no one picked up or returned my phone calls. They are only surviving off of the legacy of the previous owners who are local favorites! Their website list classes that don’t align with what they are permitted to teach per DCJS. Don’t go here if you care about your career!!

This is one of the most excellent schools I have ever attended! Rashad is a great teacher! The classes are far from boring. His style of teaching is hands on and visual. that was perfect for my learning style! I will definitely be recommending his school to anyone who wants their security license!

Yes at its best but it’s getting a whole lot better , the master instructor is number one also his class room environment was clean he offered a lot clearly understands. Seating arrangements was very suitable. Parking outside was complete. Well done that Academy will be my Academy Until the day, I retire keep pushing thank u I learn a lot and the update information was an eye opener !

total unprofessional with a response towards a consumer still time should have been taking out to help someone that is trying to make a difference in the community maybe you guys should hire more staff
