Fantastic coffee and with lots of wonderful products!! Rarely does a market have our favorite brands of cheeses, crackers and nibbles. They had them all!

The Edison Market: A Retro Gem in Prescott with Flavor to Match

After driving by The Edison Market in Prescott a few times, I finally decided to stop in for lunch—and I’m so glad I did. This spot is a gem, blending a hip, retro vibe with a lively atmosphere that hits all the right notes. The decor and colors are fantastic, giving off a fun and inviting feel from the moment you step in.

The market itself is a unique experience. One side is stocked with an impressive variety of beer, wine, spirits, and other specialty items that are hard to find anywhere else. Even the bathrooms add to the charm, decked out with vintage advertisement posters and eye-catching, contemporary sinks that fit perfectly with the market’s nostalgic aesthetic.

For lunch, we tried the Figgy Delight, a ciabatta sandwich filled with prosciutto, fig jam, brie, and balsamic glaze. It was an excellent mix of sweet and savory flavors, perfectly balanced and satisfying. We also tried the Cottage Cheese and Lemon Toast, topped with basil, pumpkin seeds, and honey—a delightful, fresh combination that felt both healthy and indulgent.

Our iced teas were refreshing, though the hibiscus with cinnamon leaned a bit heavy on the cinnamon, which overpowered the delicate floral notes. Garnishing the teas with a fresh mint sprig (for the green tea) and a cinnamon stick (for the hibiscus) would have added a nice touch and helped elevate the presentation.

Before leaving, we enjoyed a free tasting offered by a local beer distributor at the bar—a pleasant surprise that capped off our visit on a fun note.

Overall, The Edison Market is a must-visit in Prescott. The branding, layout, and ambiance make it more than just a lunch spot; it’s an experience. Whoever designed this space deserves serious applause! Whether you’re looking for a unique bite, specialty shopping, or just a cool place to hang out with a cup of joe, The Edison Market hits the mark.

Get a coffee or latte. Have a beer, cocktail or glass of wine. Take something home. This market/coffee shop/eatery is an interesting and fun place.
I came here to grab a beer "to go." I was shocked as to their craft beer selection. It's very good!
They offer draft beer on tap and also wine and spirits.
Definitely will come back! 🍺🍷

This place is so cool! The cappuccino was the best I'd had in a long time. Perfectly made. Must come back with friends some evening and try their cocktails, what a fun place to hang out! Plus it has fabulous food stuffs to take as gifts or add to the perfect meal. Wine and the craft cocktails to go. Am I really in Prescott

Came here with my wife on our day off to check it out finally. Nice establishment with some coffee, food, and a little bit of this and that you can buy.

Coffee we got was ok. The prices they sold their other items in the grocery department are a little bit higher than you could get somewhere else.

Has a unique vibe and makes it cozy.

I absolutely love this place. My daughter and I stopped in from out of town. The vibe of the place is awesome. We ordered the Caprese flatbread and that was sooooooo good. If we were local we would definitely be here a lot. They have the game "Battleship" there and other boardgames as well. This place is a 10/10.
