They are sharks swarming the neighborhood, wasting a lot of paper! It’s called green get with it. I get a letter every week about some poor family wanting to have a good school for their children. Right! These people buy your property and the tear it down to build two homes. They make neighborhoods, for families WITH actual children that need a good school, impossible to buy. Then there are the neighbors who are smothered by these huge monstrosities, they do not fit! I hate these and most of my neighbors agree! It’s send false information and they are wasting trees by the millions. Stop sending these letters. My friend was taken by you! Swim away!

This is the reason families and young professionals in Los Angeles cannot afford to buy a home. It's cruel and out of control. Property investors are stealing our homes and dooming us to overpriced uncertainty. And I'm done with it. Every time property investors purchase a property with the sole intention of renting it out or building a McMansion, they are taking that house away from a young person who may have benefited from homeownership. Eff you.
