Took $100 because my pallet were sideways . They said they don't have enough big chains . But appently after taking 100 they got a chain from inside.
But nice People, 15 mins unloading.

, try to come early as Possible. THESE GUYS OPEN AT 5 AM.

Semi truck axel all.the way to the Front before entering. Check the picture the way of entering and exiting.

Busy Streets in front so might need help . Just ask For Spoting.

Over night trucks can park upto 3 at the back where they unload. And they have restrooms inside.

If a semi truck driver with a 53 foot trailer, make sure your tandems are slid all the way towards the cab/to the front and enter the driveway shown in the other google review FROM THE MIRAMAR RD SIDE. Do not try to make it the way shown in purple in the other review, there is not enough room to maneuver, and maybe the other guy is talking about box trucks. For semi trucks, should go through the bottom and diagonally into the parking spaces as best as possible before making the left turn into the back of TF foods for unload.

The streets are packed with a variety of vehicles including box trucks, cars, and rvs so getting to this location early for unload is highly recommended to avoid traffic interference. Getting out may require spotting due to the same reasons plus more active traffic as work days begin.

For Truck drivers, no docks. Park the truck in the back. They use forklift and hand pump to unload. Fast unloading.
Edit- Appointment was 6am. Checked in 5.30am. unloaded at 5.45am.
No overnight Parking. Rest Area, 35 miles away, Aliso Creek at i5.
