I have bought my Christmas tree from here, 3 Christmas in a row, the best trees you can find amazing prices and I have gone to other places to check out and I end up here staff is friendly helpful they are not on top of you to buy. This year, I went straight to them, and they have so many varieties of sizes and prices. This is my go-to place, and I always go the day after Thanksgiving!

I'm never amazed by the selection, but somehow we always find a great tree. Experience is better than going to Home Depot, but you pay more for it. Maybe I'm selecting the wrong tree, but they just don't smell like Christmas. Trees do last a long time though

Great service, great prices.

They give you a fresh cut on the trunk, shake the loose needles off, net the tree so it’s easier to get home and in the house, and they load it into/onto your vehicle for you.

You need to tie it down yourself, but they have plenty of free twine.

If I could give zero stars from today’s experience, I would. Finding a Christmas tree has always been the highlight of each December for as long as I can recall. That’s not what happened today. Myself and my family have been going to this lot on Snell Rd. for years, even after it changed owners, and we’ve never had an issue. The trees have been healthy and fresh each time. This year, the customer service was horrible. I understand if you are short staffed, just say that, I get it, but the way I was treated is not acceptable. I hope the person speaking to me was not a manager, because if that’s the case, your lot is in for some trouble if that is how management thinks it can treat a person asking a question. We came with five children (aged 7 to 1) and chose a beautiful tree. When asking for help, there was none offered. Last year, they told us if we brought our own stand (which we had purchased from that same lot this past Dec. 2017) the next year they’d put it on if we brought it in. Did they do that? No. When asking for help putting the tree on the car after purchasing, none was offered. I went back in to inquire as to why that was the case and the answer I got was, “if it’s just a woman by herself, we’d help. If there’s a husband or something, he can do it.” We had five small children in the car. Can you imagine how hard it is to attempt to strap them all in their seats while also trying to figure out how to put a tree on the roof Maybe it’s a skill I need to learn, but damn guys, help a person out. I can’t express in words how upsetting this, what was supposed to be a wonderful afternoon choosing a Christmas tree, has been. Thanks for ruining a beautiful day. I will not be returning.

Considering we went during the busy times, the service was pretty quick and they had a good selection of trees. They helped us prep and put the tree on the truck. They accept all sorts of payment and are located on the Martial Cottle farm. Good experience!

Great service. Walked in and first tree we saw was the one we went home with. Nice how they shake the loose needles free and wrap for transport.
