They really don’t greet you at all here. I had the opportunity to try the jumbo blueberry passion 32oz It was a nice flavor. Nice size ice similar to crushed ice but a bit larger. I honestly thought this was the co that served shaved ice ? lol but I’m glad I tried it. Customer service could be better but I get it it’s truly hot outside.

Loved the blue raspberry grapes. Hated the fact that when the cashier had no change for a $20 he asked if I had a card to pay for my $12 grapes. I was fine with paying with a card not knowing that when I paid with a card I would have to pay an additional $1.20 for paying with a card. I was not told that there was an additional charge for paying with a card. I had to pay more because they didn’t have the change for a $20. There was money in the tip jar that could have been used to give me change but I had to pay extra instead of him using what was available. Call it petty but this additional charge for using a card (even though I provided cash that he conveniently didn’t have change for) should be communicated to the customers instead of just thrown on us.

I went there recently @ Western Hills mall and got the franko Passion and there was no customer service like a greeting. I was asked by the man if I was paying cash or card and I replied cash just to say I have no change and up charge me $1.20. While waiting I see several people get change like. It's a hustle and didn't have much ice in my drink. What happened to integrity and not ratchet employees?
