The property manager Valerie made the application and move in process seamless. Every step went exactly as described with absolutely no hick-ups. The issues that were addressed on the move-in sheet were done in a relatively expedient fashion and the maintenance guy; Chris might be the best handyman I've come across in a long time. Kudos! Great clean neighborhood, amenities with friendly people.

I searched every complex with a pool in Ramona. After meeting Valerie the manager I felt so much better. She is and has been so kind and helpful since the day we met. I had several bad experiences with other managers just trying to arrange a walk through. Not here. Apartments are great and the friendly neighbors make this a great home for my kids and myself. I honestly couldn’t be happier with everything about this complex.

Valerie is an amazing apartment manager! She is kind and understanding, she makes sure you feel heard when it comes to any situations. If you have any issues she makes sure its solved in a timely manner! Her office always smells amazing as well!
