Lisa and Samantha were both very helpful during our whole renting process. They really helped us with all the documentation that we needed and answered any questions that we had along the way. I spoke with Lisa, inquiring about moving across the country to this beautiful apartment complex. My S/O is currently deployed, so I had a plethora of questions about the process. Lisa was very happy to answer any and all questions I had, thoroughly. Lisa is a kind, thoughtful, caring woman! 10/10 would recommend! 🩷

Staff are amazing especially Dion the maintenance guy if I could rate him he would be 5 stars for sure ! He’s a friendly hard working guy. Everytime I put a work order he’s always on top of it keeps me updated on the services etc… keep up the great work bud it’s not going unnoticed by the renters

I'm pretty fortunate to be living here! The manager Melissa has taken care of everything I need, & she has teams that keep the property NICE. The apartments available are of variety & SUPER clean when you move in. The cost depending on what lease you sign, monthly I would say it is competitive to other apartments in the area. PET FRIENDLY, & if its a dog there are two stations with baggies for YOU to pick up after YOUR pet 😉 Here there is also TWO hot tubs, that are professionally cleaned on a regular bases. Like every day if not every other day. Shared laundry room which I don't particular care for bc come on who wants to share? 😉 but they are cleaned & kept up as well (open from 8am to closing at 10pm). I have never had ANY issues with theft. Not only is there a landscaping team keeping all the flowers & shrubs beautiful, there is someone who sweeps our parking lots from trash that doesn't make it to the 4! Yes FOUR dumpters AND recycle dumpsters within the complex. & when Ramona Disposal comes, they always pick up the dumpsters with you in mind that you might drive by. Melissa has also been VERY understanding with me when I was injured & became late on rent, she worked with me & the late fee wasn't bad. I get along well with all my surrounding neighbors, & then some. Super friendly community, quiet & gr8 location in town if you wanted to walk anywhere!

Terre at Creek Apartments is where you want to get your foot in the door and stay put! The property itself has been going through it's much needed renovations for about a year now and the buildings and facilities are all on their way to being upgraded if not already. The units themselves are large, with a lot of the ground floor ones including an attached yard OR 2. Extremely well priced for families! I had a 2 bedroom, 1 bath bottom floor unit that was just under 1000sqft with a patio off the living room AND a dog run off the second bedroom. Fully renovated inside although I do know some units havent received the laminate floor upgrade. Any complaint or concern I've ever made was handled within the next day, even on the weekends. Which leads me to my final but most important point... THE STAFF. We all know the horror stories of repair tickets taking weeks to get solved or management lacking empathy with a nasty personality to match... and this is where FPI really did an amazing job. I have lived in many different complexes and I have never EVER come across a FULL staff that was so kind and so helpful my entire time here. Lisa, the complex manager, is an angel who is extremely attentive to her tenants needs and has gone the extra mile multiple times to make sure I was comfortable. Travis, head of maintenance, is a literal rockstar and his team is on top of everything as soon as it's brought to their attention. Both young leasing agents I talked to in the office many times are so personable and sweet. And on top of all this, both Lisa and Travis manage multiple complexes in Ramona. The work load these individuals have while still being the exceptional team they are is wild. Affordable rent and amazing management are Terre at Creek's rare traits you'll be desperately searching for everywhere else.
