We purchased a Westinghouse generator in February 2024, but unfortunately, we haven’t been able to use it due to ongoing issues. The unit was faulty from the start. After reaching out to customer service, we were told to drive to the nearest service center. It's now been over five months, and the generator is still not working. Despite having replaced five parts, the unit remains non-functional.
After being passed around with no solution, we called customer support again and spoke with Jasmine. Her attitude was horrendous—rude and unhelpful. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, she dismissed my concerns, claiming they couldn’t do anything to help either.
As a customer who spent $1,000 on a product that’s never worked, we are left with no resolution and treated poorly. Save your money and buy from a more reliable company—Westinghouse has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.
