I hired this company June 2021 to process my sauce product. The company charged me $500.00 for 3 test runs on my product. After sending payment I got no response for a while and then a sample of my product was received and was very off from my product. Second received still not right. I didn't receive a third sample for about another week. I tried calling leaving messages no return calls emailed no response. Then the third sample showed up in a raggedy box written all over it fragile nothing like the first two deliveries and again the sample was not right. I have yet to receive a call from TCB they have ghosted me . Beware of this company!!!!
