Slowest "fast food" in Manistee. If the drive-thru has 5 cars in it, good luck, you could be waiting upwards of 45 minutes for the total wait. Always check your bags, there's a very high chance you're getting wrong or missing items. The dining room is also frequently randomly closed. Sounds like the owner needs to step in and actually work in their restaurant. This place is in a constant state of disarray.

The guy was great that took our order through the drive thru, the food was rubber, cold and not edible, evidently it was sitting for a long time. Went back and they were closed😔

The tacos were mushed and I found a hair in my nacho chips which is extremely gross 🤮 and the tortillas were like hard like they've been sitting awhile. And my fiesta potatoes barely had cheese on them probably not going to come back here. I'm blatantly honest when I get reviews I would have spent my money elsewhere knowing they were going to be this awful.

Pretty good Taco Bell

We needed a quick lunch while passing through.

I was craving a crunch wrap (with steak, never get Taco Bell ground beef) they didn't disappoint.

Service was quick. Food was hot and good.

I haven't been to our taco bell in 7 years until today. I had a crunch wrap for my first time and it was pretty good! The building is newly remodeled as well and it looks great. Service is fast as well.

Very disappointed because I got 3 quesadillas and none of them were cut, there was no sauce in them either.
This is the 3rd time I’ve been there and I’ve always had something to complain about. Now I’m finally making a review. I gave it another chance but I was stuck in the drive thru line for at least 20 mins . And I’m very disappointed.

Every time you go through drive thru, they screw it up. Every time you try to go inside, the lobby is closed. There is no winning with this place. I don't know how they haven't shut down.

Almost every time I come here, I'm disappointed. For almost two weeks, the intercom has been broken. I did the drive through at 8pm for 3 tacos. It took half an hour just to get to the window. I ordered my tacos and paid. I swear I gave $6, the total was $5.06. I didn't get change or was told I under paid. Server just said, "oh, you only gave me $5, I covered the 6 cents."
I get home and open the package, these greasy little wrappers had the tiny little taco's with a tablespoon of meat and willy nilly lettuce and cheese. I think the owner just doesn't care, because the brand pays for itself.
You want to bring back a retired menu item? How about the TACO!
