Put in my order online and paid 5 min prior to get there. The line took so long we left to pee, because the lobby was closed, when we returned we were still in the same spot in line, behind the same vehicle, and they hadn't moved yet. Other than the wait our order was as ordered and hot.

I hate posting negative reviews. I usually like to brag about a business or company. Sadly this store doesn't get bragging rights today. I let the last 3 messed up orders slide. I ordered a regular chicken chalupa, y'all put that weird a** cantina chicken on it and it smells like dirty mop water I'm not eating it. I know I asked for no lettuce on my sons soft taco, but I did want the meat on it. On one of his tacos He got shredded cheese and a piece of a fiesta strip, that's it. The double stacked taco was not supposed to have the same stripes and it did. STOP putting lettuce on a beef five layer! It doesn't go there!!! And lastly on my complaint, Y'ALL NEVER PUT SAUCE IN THE BAG!! You can put it on the receipt but not in the bag? Interesting. Please do better. I would love to take this review down and write y'all a pleasant review instead.

I wouldn't be writing this review if the manager hadn't just hung up on me for telling him that he needed to monitor what was going on in the kitchen because my tacos are completely dripping wet with water. The insides of the wrappers are dripping wet with water. Not only that, they put them on the bottom of a bag packed with much heavier items so they are smashed to smithereens. I told the manager that and he said okay -that was all- then I said he needed to at least relay that to the people in the kitchen. Then he hung up on me. I won't be going back there for a very long time.

Was made to use the kiosk while employee just stood there staring rushing every subsequent person that came in with the same demand that they do the same including a very elderly gentleman who seemed very confused followed by numerous others

They got great food, but by the end of the night they just lack. I've been let down a couple times by it. But the staff is awesome, never let me down. Atmosphere is cool.

Was forced to use the kiosk while an employee just stood there waiting for you to finish ordering. The employee then got my drink cups. That is a waste of resources. The employee should have at least been doing something else besides standing there if I was going to be forced to use kiosk. Just standing there looks really bad.
It made him look lazy. He could have rang up my order faster at the register than I was able to at the kiosk. Kiosk was not very user friendly.
