Very poor system of checking in drivers, appointments have no meaning you’ll simply wait until they call you. Fill out a form only to watch the lady do 15 minutes of paperwork that isn’t your’s then ask for your cdl so you can’t leave I have a huge problem with that simply cause there is 25 other cdl’s with your and I’m sure if they loose it they will not pay to replace it. wait in your truck they will call you. By far has to be one of the worse places I’ve been in my 16 years of driving

Their check-in procedure is the most ridiculous procedure. I have seen anywhere. Check-in and check out is very slow.
It did not take very long to get unloaded. However,
It took about 45 minutes once. They started to unload me and another hour to get my paperwork so I can leave. I also don't care for the fact that they want to hold on to your Driver's license. Why you're being unloaded, and I don't understand why they asked for your vehicle Vin number. I've never really much cared for sysco in fremont, I know it says san francisco, but the facility is in fremont.

Overall Good experience! Overnight parking on side of street! Check-in starts a lil before 4:30 Not @ 4am! Stop @ gate get pass. Pull in a spot on ur left! They have NO pens so bring Ur own! Take filled out paperwork & ID 2 the clerk! Make sure U have Ur vest on! They will send u 2 a door & keep ur license (which is obscured)! Get to door, open ur girl up, slide her tandems, put her in dock #, & be sure to chock wheels! Take yo Azz a nap cuz u gone be there a lil min, lol! Knock on the door. . Boom, Boom, Boom! Proceed back 2 staging area if u need to pay the lumper! Wait 20/25 mins for it to process! & Bam out of there bout 4 hrs!!

Good morning!! I have appointment 6am coming 5 , just go inside park track, and go to the guard check, door 5:15 out 7:15 2pl, 85 $ unloaded fee for two pallets you can pay credit or t check, good job

Not bad, apt at 4:30, gates opened at 4:30, drive to the left hand parking lot and find any spot , doesn’t haven’t to be the ones in the middle. Fill out sheet provided by guard, and hopefully they’ll give you a door on the spot, go to dock and wait . Out by 7:30, not horrible.

No instruction for check-in process, the lady processing check-in was rude and wouldn't speak up despite my asking. They hold your license captive with no explanation as to why, as if you could escape their yard without doing tens of thousands of dollars worth of damage. The staging area is a tight, jumbled mess. They're not punctual at all. Will not be returning to this location.

They take almost 4-5 hours to get unloaded 2 pallets then they take another 1 hour to confirm comb check confirmation 0 I don’t have choice fir 0 start anotherwise I can give to them I hope never come here again

Never come in this building -staff even one guys working as boss so rude i told that if. No empty in15-20 minutes pickup ur load from my home town .we have do like that they never think about driver or owner operator time ,now they come in 3 minutes one guys start unloading
