Not a bad place to deliver, portable John's have lots of empty water bottles, quick in and out, no need to set an alarm if staying the night, someone will knock on the door at 6am

The sweet man in the guard shack was so helpful! I think he definitely needs a raise! I was able to drop and hook. And was back on the road in 30 minutes. Thanks to everyone at sysco for all your help. The only problem I had was trying to find recieving. I think a big sign and arrow would really help tired worn out drivers find it lol. Thanks everyone for a great day at your facility!

It started off as a 5 star review.. easy to get in, over night parking allowing you to take a 10 if you need to.. was able to bump dock at 5 am for a 8am appointment.. how ever this is where it started going down hill.. I’ve watched other drivers come in get unloaded and get their paperwork and leave.. I assumed it was cause their appointment time but I was unloaded.. I felt them unload the trailer.. it’s been a couple hours and I’m still waiting on paperwork.. I am now late my next pick up.. I’ll be surprised if I don’t lose the load… only reason they aren’t getting a 1 star is because they allow overnight parking and the guard was polite..

Plenty of room to back into the dock, Capstone took 6 hours to unload and count for $317.00 fee. No restrooms available only portables outside. They allow you to park and finish your break if needed.

Nightmare experience! 8am appt dock at 7:30 and 7hrs later, no bills no Lumper link. I have freight and other stops. They closed the dock door and I couldn't close mine, due to a locked airline. OMG, weather 101°.

The biggest problem I have with this place is the location of it.. I came South on I-65 and took the 231 to the 167 and about 4 other roads to get here and it seemed like forever on the low speed limit single lane roads.. once I arrived this place is huge with plenty of room for overnight parking and easy backing into the docks.. I had 13 pallets of onion's and it took about 2 hours to unload which is kinda slow.. it really should've only taken about an hour.. the guard was very nice but he assigned me to the same dock as the driver in front of me while they had several other docks that were empty.. after sitting there for about 10 minutes another guy came out and assigned me to an empty dock.. why didn't the guard give me a different dock.. I found that ridiculous.. otherwise the place is okay..

Overnight parking!!!!
That says a lot, there is no parking nearby and they allow us to park overnight.
I arrived at 2100 the night before my appointment, at the guard shack, security checked me in, broke the seal and assigned me a door for the next morning, directed me to where I could park.
Next morning go to assigned door, they unloaded me fast, I had only half trlr anyway, paid lumper fee and they bring your paperwork.
Porta potty by the overnight parking.
Spacious easy to maneuver, great warehouse, I wouldn’t mind delivering here every day ?‍♀️
