Has a great experience here. Checked in at 7pm for 8pm appointment on a Sunday. (Full reefer load) empty at 8:45pm, bills in hand at 9:30pm. I’ll take it.

update came back a second time a lot more trucks here. You can park out by the road on the shoulder and stay overnight, but there are soooo many pot holes and traffic. But as before, I checked in with the guard at guard shack. She had me walk paperwork to receiving. I went and got my truck parked in the staging area across from the doors. Its fast pace the get you a door fast, and then you wait for them to call you in the staging area after you have been unloaded. Takes some time.

1st visit 3 years ago:Easy in and out. Plenty of room to back into doors, and they they are spaced well. I walked to guard shack with paperwork she told me to get truck and got a door right away. 2 1/2 hours to unload and count. I'm here on a Sunday, so may be busier on a weekday. Paid lumper $379 for full trailer of meat.

the girls don’t care when or how they load you, as they say, International Women’s Day is March 8, we arrived at 10 am, left at 2 pm and loaded 2 pallets)). The service staff is absolutely indifferent to you, I mean those girls who greet you. they are minding their own business, loading something into their cars) If you already had to come here, then be patient, driver. if there is no other way out

I arrived here on sunday evening at 7:15 PM.
For a 9 PM delivery
they got me in the door within an hour was unloaded and out the gate by 10:15 everyone was pleasant no issues they do have plenty of parking on the street and lots of room to maneuver in the yard also there are couple truck stops within 5 miles.

Facility staff were awesome, no issue with security or receiving. Lumper service seems to be running this place in the ground. I have been in the door now for four hours with two hours waiting after paying lumpers with a relay code. I was told they assigned a female to my door and she couldn't lift the boxes of beef. So I had to wait over an hour for another lumper to be assigned. Did I mention I I only brought in 7 pallets. Capstone really needs to look into the leadership they have in place here.

I can guarantee if more drivers start turning down loads coming into this place & they can't get their products, they will change their tune about unloading us & getting us in & out of here efficiently...To the uppers at Sysco..You can't have no regard for others time & money & expect others to have regard/respect for yours ..It's nothing personal against you guys...It's just business & you guys seem to do bad business.. Be blessed!

The worst check in system ever. Jacksonville is showing themselves in this place. Security is absolutely trash and just plain unintelligent. There is not enough parking for trucks. Roadside parking is rough and dangerous. Terrible business. Don't ever come early.

Checked in at 530pm for 800pm appointment. Guard would not let me stage at the facility and told me to come back at 630pm to stage although the staging area was nearly empty. The street parking is big enough for maybe 4 trucks but it's too tight and filled with huge potholes. Got a door at 645pm. Got called for paperwork at 1230am. No overnight parking. Capstone is the lumper service used here. Looks like they do FCFS instead of by appointment.
