My first time delivered here and it was great. I checked in at 04:45 and i was out at 06:00 with paperwork in hand and no lumper. I had a full load of frozen stuff and it went fast. They open the security gate at 04:00. Trucks will align down the street very fast and it might take a while to check in. I suggest you park on the street definitely before 04:00 if you don’t wanna get stuck in a long line. Security was nice as well. Overall it was great experience

My experience is my experience alone, but I had a great outcome at Sysco. My original appointment was scheduled for 4/4/24 @ 5:30am but didn't arrive until 1:00pm (same day). I was checked in with the nice lady 👩🏼‍🦳 at the guard shack. Backed into door #28 and off property @ 1:50pm (as seen on my GPS in the photo).

Wasn't that many trucks there either. Just a few of us, don't know if that played a big role in it. But guess what, they got their tomatoes 🍅 off, which I didn't have many pallets @ all.... and I was rolling out the gate 😆 ✌🏾

As many other authors of this place reviews we arrived an hour earlier and immediately got the door. The facility was almost empty as there was Tornado last night and a certain part of the territory was flooded and a lot after delivery trucks were stopped by severe wind gusts.
They started unloading almost immediately and finishing with a trailer in 1 hour. After that they turned to paperwork and we are still waiting for our paperwork for almost 3 hours.
They say, they are checking...

11 a.m. appointment arrived at 10:30 they were not busy so got the door right away unloaded green light leaving by 12. No lumper fees 26 skids, 2 different products. So probably one of the easiest loads to count. Most people don't take that into consideration

Got here an hour and a half early. Got right in a door and unloaded quickly. But they are super slow at counting stuff in and communicating with you when the BOLS are in the back of you're trailer so you can leave. Definitely stay away from this place if you can.

Been here many times. The managers or just the management should be ashamed of the way they run the receiving. I've been in line to check in for almost a hour. Not even too the drive. Then your sky high lumper fees. Just sickening

First time here ..lucky everything go smooth..guard is nice and people at receiving and lumper guy all are good ..1 hr back to road ..no overnight ..no restroom..Bp truck stop 2 miles ..and i75 north to i275 to Ecorse rd exit go left and make right Haggerty rd and then left at van born and 2nd driveway on your right

Not bad,, app 06:00 am done at 7:50 am …,, enough space, door assigned at Guard shack..if you are on appointment time just follow the instructions sheet attached.. prefer to come again .. not allowed to go inside for sanitation..
