I have load and unloaded at this location multiple times and never had an issue. Went to load today and they ended up saying my truck was to long for them to safely load my tank, when I offered multiple ways to accommodate their poor scale design on that rack they sent me back to the office to discuss with management a safe way to load. Which I completely understood and supported. Upon reaching the office I pared the truck as far to the side as possible to allow traffic to still get through and went back in the drivers entrance of the office and the younger man inside was helpful and told me they were discussing it and a manager came out to talk to me about what the issue was however while waiting for the manager then elder lady got very disrespectful to me bc I walked in the office AS I WAS INSTRUCTED. She said I couldn’t get out of my truck to walk in the office and I politely informed her that my truck would not fit in the office and she immediately yelled at me to shut my mouth and zip it. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. I then trying to de-escalate the situation by telling her I wasn’t trying to argue or make anyone mad I was simply asking what she would have liked for me to have done but before I could finish she once again YELLED to shut my mouth. In the end they refused to load stating they couldn’t safely load my trailer due to the trucks length. I had no issue with that and asked if my dispatch was able to get a different product if we could do that since I have loaded multiple times in the same truck and they said they had to see and would let us know but upon leaving to return to the truck stop to wait they emailed our company stating I was banned from the location. I hope someone can get this to management there and hopefully find out why I was banned when multiple drivers have had issues with the same woman there and I’m not even mad at her, I would like a simple explanation/conversation stating what I should have down and how I should have reached the office.

I read a lot of bad reviews on this location, but everyone that I interacted with over there was courteous and professional. They got me in 30 minutes before my appointment time and I was unloaded one hour after that.

I don’t know what you people’s problem is, everyone I dealt with here was polite and professional. I was immediately put into a dock door and loaded quickly ! I would most definitely recommend this place, it’s obvious there’s nothing you can do to please some people.. Their gonna gripe and complain no matter what

Excellent for pickup and delivery. Nice people working here.
Night parking for truckers. Extremely fast unloading. Been empty in 15 minutes after docking.

Excellent overnight parking
Well organized company ,for dry van reserving open at 7 am. No restroom because of covid have plastic one. Unloading less then 2 hours

I would like to never come here again, the white girl is very racist and very delicate, she acts in a very bad way. and the service is pathetic they make you wait a long time. this place should not exist or they should change their staff.

Lady in check in office was nice enough. But the old man that loaded my trailer had zero manners and was talking to me like he knew how to drive a semi. I asked him if he did, he said “no” and shut up from there on out. I will not be going back there even though I was loaded in a reasonable amount of time.
