The only way to place an order is by sending an email. I sent such an email but it got stuck in spam. I posted a review and Betsy replied. She accepted my order and we coordinated.

The cupcakes are beautiful and exceptionally tasty. The mini cupcakes are perfect for 1-2 bites each. Betsy is communicative and kind.

I cannot recommend SNC enough. I wanted to surprise my best friend in San Jose while I was in a different country, and Betsy worked with me through that time difference. She also worked with my best friend’s mom for the cake pick-up and coordinated everything very professionally.

I wanted an eggless cake, and chose to go for an eggless spice cake. It was a 5” two layer cake. All of her buttercream frostings can be made eggless too, which wonderfully accommodates people from all different dietary spectrums.

She did a phenomenal job with the flavouring, and decorated it as per my inspiration photo that I sent to her via email (Inspo Artist Instagram: KireevaPechet). I have attached the cake’s picture below but have removed my best friend’s name for privacy reasons.

I will definitely be coming back to SNC for my future orders, and I hope to order cupcakes and cookies from Betsy someday 😀

My husband and I found Sweet Note Cakes after a few sad attempts at some local bakeries. We were delighted to spend an afternoon with Betsy trying all her different cake and filling flavors, including a gluten free option!

We sent over some design ideas and soon we had a contract signed. Betsey worked with our local venue to arrive for on time delivery and to make sure the cakes stayed at the right temperature before serving.

On our wedding day, the cakes arrived on time and when they were served tasted delicious!

Betsy’s baked goods at Sweet Note Cakes are far and away my favorite from anywhere. I have had so many different items from her and they’ve all been delicious. I have hired her two years in a row to cater an annual event I run and not only does she provide amazing cupcakes of multiple varieties, she changes them every year with new, innovative, and mouthwatering flavors. If you are looking for a new sweets bakery, you’ve found the perfect one!

Sweet Note Cakes went above and beyond to get the birthday cake I ordered just right!! It was the PERFECT chocolate masterpiece, and came complete with serving tools.

I am also a huge fan of ALL of the cookies, but my true favorite is the donut cakes. The variety of flavors keep me coming back to try them all! If you are looking for the BEST birthday cake or treats, look no further.

They have an amazing menu with a great deal of variety, and are also happy to make custom creations based on our whims!
