20 dollars for 2 pieces of jerky! This is absolutely ridiculous. Also it took over a month to get here after I emailed 3 times to check on it. I would advise to never order from them. Terrible customer service and terrible prices for what you get. They should get 0 stars.

I understand your a burger shop but your owner runs the online store and when you search swagyu chop shop you store comes up. Sorry you have to receive the bad review, tell the owner do better.

Service was so terrible! The hamburgers were so little I thought it was for a child! The taste was not there either! I was so looking forward to a healthy and fair priced burger! I got a child size burger!! honestly was terrible and I will only give this place 1 star! Oh the restaurant wasn’t clean either! Yikes! I am so sorry I am not trying to be mean or rude! It is how it was!

I had the OG burger and was a bit skeptical for the price, but after trying it I'd pay double. The most impressive to me was how Juicy the wagyu patty was. The burger leaves you completely full, and those sidewinder fries were spectacular. Hopefully these guys get the recognition they deserve.

I made reservations at 5pm and we were seated soon after they found enough menus for our group. We thought the staff were friendly, but unprepared for reserved dining. They didn’t check in often enough and forgot items. I was half way through the meal before anyone was around for me to ask what happened to my drink. Thereafter, it took another 10 minutes before I got my old fashioned. It may be better for Swagyu to keep their dining casual because with reservations, you expect a certain level of service.

The food, sadly was not as tasty either. Half of our group complained that the meat on their burgers were overcooked. Their burger sauce, as my daughter described it, “was just existing.” It was bland and a little sweeter than what we remembered. We ordered a side of their French fries and they too, were disappointing. The fries were crispy, but lacked seasoning. A little salt would have gone a long way. Seriously Swagyu, what’s happened?!

Different yummy burgers and fries. The whole family liked their burgers, and you will find different weight of burgers.
Fries are supper good, crunchy from outside and soft from inside. Just be aware that it is a bit pricy, but it is not an ordinary burger place.

The place is supper clean, and excellent customer service.

Also, you can buy fresh uncooked steaks.

You should pay this place a visit, won’t regret it.

The texture of the meat was just different/soft. Soft but cooked thoroughly. It was good!! Got the southwestern burger with the onion rings and a milkshake and a regular cheeseburger. All delicious. We were coming from Coronado and we were so hungry and we saw this little shop and we're like let's pull over and try it. Soo glad we did!!

Best burger I’ve had in San Diego. The meat is so flavorful and well cooked. Fast and friendly service. Wish they had a few more options but if you are looking for a cheeseburger this is as good as I’ve had here.
