Amazing food especially considering it’s in a random I40 restaurant stop! Menu is just what you’d find anywhere in the world, with ‘standard’, veg, halal, and other options.

This place is punjabi food heaven!!!! I have been to every top rated Indian restaurant in the state, but nothing compares to this place! The food is authentic and delicious! Every single person that works there treats you like family and is super friendly. I am surprised I haven’t known about this hidden gym until now. Must stop if you are enroute new mexico! Incredible veggie options! Best quality food for best price! We loved their food so much we went there twice! Panner tikka is amazing! Kadhi is amazing! Dal makhani is heavenly!!!

The food was delicious. I got chicken biryani, garlic naan bread, and an order of samosas. $26 for everything. Everything was delicious and fresh tasting. Biryani was very plentiful literally full to the brim. The naan is double the size of most naan I’m used to ordering. Fast and friendly service. Reasonable prices. They have music playing inside that sounds like an Indian night club lmfao I love it. Next time I will try the goat biryani and a mango lassi.

I was so excited for some Indian food. I ordered a pakora curry. In the bowl, there were 3-4 quarter sized pieces of pakora, and I had to go back and ask for rice. The bread was listed for $2.50 on the menu, yet they charged me $6 for 2 pieces. It was highly unimpressive for the cost.

On the plus side they were playing nice music and it was clean, bright and spacious. I wouldn't recommend this place, unfortunately. They also had a number of vegetarian options. Perhaps the standards are better - saag paneer, aloo gobi etc.

All 5 stars...ONE OF THE BEST one we visited so far in the whole America....Quality of the food (dinner- Chilli-paneer, Roti, mutor-paneer, tadka daal, rice, garlic naan) was awesome.....unforgeable dinning as well as the next day's early morning breakfast experience (allo paratha's with yummy butter on top of it, curd and side acchar ...and yummy full cup of yummy tea :)..... Really awesome experience while we are on road trip of national parks. We never imagined that there is such a dhaba experience in such a dessert area...ambiance was cool and can forget the service as well.. 🙂

I would definitely recommend to all INDIAN friends to really visit this place and you will never regret it...I will definitely visit again in case if I fly back from florida to this area 🙂

Cozy place inside a travel center One9. Food is always great! I always make a point to stop here when traveling through i40. Staff has never disappointed with the cleanliness of the restaurant, attentiveness in taking orders and preparing the food, and courtesy towards customers.
The spice level may be a bit on the high side, so if you're sensitive, make sure to go for the lower heat level.

Surprised to find it during drive today. Very clean and nice location at a gas station. I tried Chhola Bhatura which was 3/5. I should have asked them to make it super spicy.

Looks like it’s a favorite stop for Indian Truck Drivers. It’s the cleanest Gas station Indian food so far for me.

Overall don’t think too much, stop here and give them a try.
