Positive: I liked the mattress in the room, very good and the location. Negative: Yes, everything else. The room itself was awful. There is no storage to put your clothes, unless you want to put in a drawer with dead small bugs. The TV didn't work no volume. and most of the sports channels were in Spanish.

Positive: The layout of the rooms. Negative: The staff seem to not know what they were doing. We booked one room & it wasn?t cleaned, they did move us & once we settled in a gentleman came in the room on us and told us we was in the wrong room.

Positive: "" Negative: Very dirty room. Cobwebs everywhere. Carpet in rooms looks disgusting. One of the beds looked like the box spring was falling apart. I also had ants during my stay, and their were aunts all over. In the elevator, around all the garbage cans.

This place Was really awesome.The staff was very accommodating. Thomas the front desk night manager was extremely helpful and very understanding. He was fast and efficient. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

Megan at the front desk was very friendly and patient with me during our check-in. Our room is pet friendly, very clean spacious with a balcony. The beds are comfy and the area is close to lots of shopping and restaurants.

Room was clean. Check in was easy. Our medical requests were honored. Very comfortable stay for a reasonable price. Only downfall came at checkout. The desk agent was not present. Some one yelled hello from the breakfast area. I walked over to the voice and 2 employees were in there. One asked what do you need? I said I was checking out. She said just put the keys on the desk. No "how was your stay" or "thank you for staying" not even a smile. We will be staying again but do hope we do not have to deal with the person again.
