They do not do proper portion sizing. They said this was a 16oz portion of gizzards. Maybe 8 at most. Do not recommend. They are not polite at this store. They talk like you are bothering them.

Took me 15 minutes of standing in line with only one person packing food even though three and a store person were behind the counter. $6.50 for about four chicken livers and five potato babies. This place used to be awesome... No now.

One day, when the mysteries of life are known, maybe I will understand why people stop here for anything except pay-at-the-pump gas. Parking is confusing to say the least. I used to eat there but I won't get into the current situation. Or the totally unconcerned don't-want-to-be-at work cashiers who look at you like they wish you would never come back. I had to get another dose if this place last week. That should last me for another two or three years. Oh, and it would be nice to be charged what the sign says is the going price. But they are unconcerned. Go somewhere else.

The food is amazing, but the front counter worker with the curly hair on the left register when you first walk in is VERY rude. EVERYTIME that I come into the store she has a very NASTY attitude. My every purchase she throws the money in my hand. I purchased gas and cigarettes this morning and she basically threw my items towards me. Her customer service is HORRIBLE. She doesn’t greet me EVER. She gives disgusting looks. You guys should really reconsider and make sure your workers leave ALL your customers satisfied. I’m disgusted

Gas is high (like everywhere else ) snack food same as everywhere else. BUT this one has a deli. a southern deli full of fried everything mostly chicken and it's fantastic. There's chicken tenders, livers gizzards, chicken with the bone and tater logs. I should point out that they have breakfast in the mornings and the cinnamon roll they made is pastry bliss and will take you from 0 to type 10 diabetes in 20 seconds. And their coffee is really quite good.

My truck cannot drive past without swinging in for a biscuit in the morning or chicken gizzards in the afternoon. Pretty good selection of convenience store groceries just a little pricey and always busy which must tell you something 🙂

Great staff! But someone does not know how to check the dates on the red diamond sweet tea. Seems like Everytime I go in to get some tea it is out of date. So please check the dates!

This is an okay place to come to, probably a little better place for the trucker's the food sucks the staff is okay over all the places lack of management be careful what you buy the price might be different when they rang it up nobody really acts like they care about their job or the building after all it is in Ashford Alabama
