I arrived here at 8:37, checked in, and got to the back of the line with two trucks ahead of me. It is now 11:12, and I still have two trucks ahead of me. It took me 15 minutes to get loaded and get here, only to wait to have two totes taken off my trailer. The person in the office was nice, friendly, and quick, but the unloading process is dragging out. I took this job at the last minute to make a little bit of money for my diesel to go home and spend time with my family, but now I’m still stuck. If it’s taking this long just for one truck, I can’t imagine how long the second truck will take before it’s my turn. I’m sure if this is normal but probably will not take load again to this location. Update 1420 and still not in a dock to get unloaded
