Too muchh facilities they gave to everyone no one answer for calls on door for truck drivers also I wait for 20 minutes on receiving door, bad facilities I ever faced

2 unloading bays , they only unload 1 trk at a time and are very hard to get their attention. Average time is 2 hrs per truck.

Enjoy the maze!!

The folks who work here are good people. It's not their fault the place was designed badly for receiving.

For tanker's or overnight parking head to the back of the bldg. Look for the tiny "milk receiving" signs and follow them. Look for the "pallet walls" and an old out of use scale on your left as you pass by it. This is the area where tanker's have to go to unload. In addition, it's also where they go for receiving to find a worker. The gate is generally open in the daytime. If need be, press the call button on the gate box. Continue as far as you can drive, look left, turn your truck around and back through the obstacle maze into one of the two bays. Unloading takes anywhere from 2-5 hours depending if someone else is there already offloading.

As for Dry Van or Reefers, your shipping and receiving is in the front of the bldg.

The BIG "SunOpta sign" in the front is also what they need in the back of the bldg or on the way to the back of the bldg. Would make everything so much easier...

Parking on site permitted. Nice customer service. But even if you're early without any truck waiting or in line; if you have appointment for next day, don't expect be unloaded ! You must go and wait until appt time. Now, What about if the load is coming late ?

Overnight parking inside or on street. Found 2 Porto potty behind pallet shop. 2 hour minimum unload. They skipped me for later appointment even tho I was on time just because they where at the gate first. They don't do weekends. I was here 6 hours...
