There is always someone ready to help, like a personal shopping assistant. ITS well worth the slightly higher cost for the totally different customer service. However, I actually saved a few bucks on my Philips LED Shop lights over HD. KEEP IT LOCAL!

Every time I go here I find what it is i need. With maybe one exception so far. Better service here than the other local stores, the big chain stores where it is hard to get personal customer service
Prices are fair and reasonable well stocked shelf’s and the hard to find small items too

The first place I go for all my home project needs. This store has been apart of the community for years and I have found that they have a consistent history of meeting or exceeding my needs. Not only do they have a diverse inventory, their prices beat most large home improvement stores and online sale prices. They carry most of those hard to find things, but if they don't have an item they are always diligent in helping me by special ordering or providing me with options to locate it. My favorite part of this location is the people who work there. You don't have to go looking for someone to help you, they are readily available and are all very knowledgeable about the parts they sell and how to fix things yourself. Go here first for anything you need to fix, repair, build, or improve. Big store companies are not even in the same league as the Sun City Do it Best Hardware location.

My own hidden gem. I continue to try to go to the big box store in town Lowes but I am disappointed everytime. I just need to drive a little further from now on and give Sun City hardware all of my business cause they deserve it. It may be a little store but man they dont disappoint me. I always find what I am looking for here when I get disappointed at the other stores. So from now on I'm just going to this store. The customer service is the best too. They have so much knowledge unlike Lowes and Home Depot their employees are not helpful at all.

I get all of my keys made here for my property management clients. They've never made me a bad key, and I appreciate that. Everyone is also very helpful with regards to any other hardware needs, and I love that it's a quick and easy place to go instead of Lowes or Home Depot, because you can always find someone to help.
