Had an appointment time for 0800 hrs the following morning but showed up at 1400 hrs preceding the appointment due to the fact I had assumed they had overnight parking available. They no longer offer overnight parking. The reefer dock is very tight and on the side of the building. Have to uncouple in order for other trucks to get by. For the most part friendly service. But no longer offering overnight parking. Unloaded 18 hours early. Granted the reefer dock isn't a high volume dock.

Took us early and load in timely manner. The only thing I like to say , lady at the window , not welcoming at all , not very good attitude. But people who load us , awesome and professional and super nice , I be able to get gentlemen name, Rodriguez, thank you so much!!!

If there was negative Ratings, I wish. Lady at office at first appearance no sense of customer service. As I walked to the window, 3 minutes continued talking to other coworker just kind of personal chat. Ever worst ethic at work place. After I asked her for the info I needed, responded me in a nonprofessional way. Finally, I checked in around 16:15 for my appointment at 17:30, I’m still waiting to more than 6 hours. It’s 22:00 now.

Well among all the negative reviews I had a absolutely positive experience getting loaded at 9am on a Monday. I got there about 820. My load was only 9 pallets and I was gone by 10. I loaded around back at shipping. Computer screen to check in and they gave me a door right away

Easy to check in and check out ,sign everywhere.
I checked in @12:05 pm. For 6:00pm. Appointment they unloaded me by 12:30 pm.
It can't get better than this.

This is the worst place I ever came to. I’ve been here since 1 PM and it’s now 8 PM and they still didn’t start loading the girl in the front desk. Both of them are very rude with the attitude terrible place. Be careful.

Nice and cooperative staff at security and shipping. Pickedup a load and was done in an hour. Over night sleep available. You must have a pickup number starting with 131 or 132.

Took just over 3 hours to get loaded, going ti be just a bit late on my delivery from this.
