The Homag Sandteq W-300 Planer and dual Sander we purchased from Stiles Machinery is a leading edge machine worth investing. It has truly changed our production process due to its ease of use and accuracy. Whenever there is an issue, Stiles is there to get us up and running as soon as absolutely possible. We are unsure of how we did it without this machine and questioning why we didn't invest in it earlier. The Machine and Stiles' service related to it are top notch and worthy of all five stars.
There were a few frustrating aspects for us in the delivery and install process that was more like a two star rating, but we are convinced that we just happened to be in that one situation where things just don't go right no matter what. Stiles has done their part to make sure that our customer feedback is taken seriously and that we are listened to and taken care of. We are happy with the outcome and convinced you will be too.

Spend more than 1/2 Million dollars with this place and you can't even get parts when you need them because they need a credit card before they'll send them. That's not too bad but they send the notice via email to someone whose out of the office. Why can't they just call the person who asked for the service?

Techs are overpriced when they send them out, and when they leave the problem normally comes back in less than 24hrs.
