Awesome staff, always has really good discounts and service is very fast in the main line as well with online orders as well. Ive been helped countless times by Raven and she is always a ray of sunshine. She is extremely well versed in her craft and I hope she continues to excel!

Horrible customer service. I made an online order for pickup. The website said it would take 30-60 minutes before it was ready. I waited over an hour and received ZERO updates on whether my order was ready or not. I proceeded to call the store twice but was forwarded to voicemail. The employees don’t seem very attentive. After waiting another hour, I called again and was sent to voicemail again. When I decided to just go pick up my order after waiting 2 hours, I had to wait another 30 minutes. I honestly wouldn’t have cared much about waiting, but the lack of communication was really irritating. Not to mention the prices aren’t even that good.

False advertising and horrible customer service. When I bought up my concerns about the advertising the manager called police on me and refused my business. Unbelievable will be contacting corporate. Also the manager wrote my personal information on a piece of paper and shared it with the police. Clear violation of privacy regulations.

The prices are solid however I don't appreciate their attitude when a card declines. The fact that they know chime cards decline frequently and have yet to find alternatives besides atm is unacceptable. Every time I've been there it has worked but suddenly today it doesn't work at all not cool. Moral of the story if you have bring cash
