Perfectly cooked steak, divine scallops, superb crunchy quinoa, and sea bass to die for. Appetizers and drinks were fantastic too. We celebrated my friend’s wedding anniversary over brunch at Stella’s in New Hope.

We started with their burrata salad with figs, Asian pears, pomegranate and spiced nuts,

For main courses, we had the avocado toast, lemon ricotta pancakes, and the ahi tuna bowl.

I tried their Orchid Beach cocktail made with grapefruit-flavored vodka; my friend had the Stella Spritz, with a lemongrass-infused vodka. both were very good.

Everything was delicious and the service by Lindsay was excellent.

Please note: parking is $30!

I'll start by saying, my first impression was during my call to verify if they were dog friendly and if their patio area would be open. The young lady who answered the phone was kind, friendly and made us feel welcome right out of the gate. She offered our small party of 4 (plus a pup) a reservation and let me know they also offer a special menu for dogs.

We arrived and the staff were all fantastic. It was my first time bringing our puppy out to eat in public, and he was very well behaved. The tables were a little closer together than I had anticipated, but it worked out fine and both customers and staff alike were very excited to meet him, as well as being very accommodating.

Benny seemed to rate the beef and chicken pup meals 10000/10. We tried (and shared) a variety of items on the menu and nothing disappointed. Everything tasted fresh and the combinations were very well thought out.

Looking forward to future visits here!

We enjoyed everything about this restaurant:) nice view. amazing food. The waitress didn't bother us nor too much or too little. Right in the middle. Perfect 🙂 will be coming again. (the draft was really good too).

My wife and I have dined at Stella, but this is the first time we tried the brunch. For the record, dinner at Stella is very expensive … and very worth it! Since the hotel (Gas Light Inn) doesn’t offer breakfast, brunch was a logical next choice. Because it’s still cold outside, the brunch is served in their second floor indoor dining room. Make sure to get there early and insist on a table by the window overlooking the Delaware River. My wife and I both ordered the eggs Benedict with salmon. Overall, it was a well-executed dish. One twist on the classic is that instead of being served on an English muffin, Stella serves it on a big, flaky biscuit. I really enjoyed the biscuit, but my spouse found it to be too much extra bread. The Benedict here is served with a side salad which is a nice way to introduce some well-needed acid to balance with the rich hollandaise. My wife ordered a Bloody Mary. Because they use a very spicy, pre-mixed Bloody Mary tomato juice, my wife ordered it with plain tomato juice and we used hot sauce and black pepper to give a little kick. The service was ok, but it would have been better if our waitress wasn’t stretched with too many tables. I won’t stay at the hotel again, but I would return here to dine.

Went to Stella for my wife’s 50th bday, it was a fantastic experience. The atmosphere outside on the deck was beautiful. The food was just perfect, but the star of the show was the service, our waiter Jack was just absolutely fantastic, knew everything about all facades of the food and was a really nice gentleman, will definitely be making a trip back at some point (it’s a little far unfortunately).

My dog and I had the pleasure of dining at Stella this afternoon. They were one of the few restaurants with outdoor seating available in March. I was sat on their beautiful deck, which was enclosed and had a fire place.

Their brunch menu was amazing. My pup had grilled chicken, which she loved!

Our server was very attentive and personable. All the staff members were so nice and accommodating!

This will definitely be a regular stop for us when we travel back to the area.

Great place to get some food with a wonderful view. We come every year with our dog to sit on the patio for dinner and it never disappoints. They offer both east coast and west coast oysters and the menu changes seasonally.
