Met one of your service techs at a neighbors house last summer and asked him a question about my newly installed Generac (installed by someone other than Steensma). He took a quick look, determined the problem, and explained it to me. At that moment, I was sold on getting Steensma as my service provider. I wish I could remember his name as he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He is the reason I'm now a customer of yours! Also, the individual I spoke with on the phone earlier this week was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful as well. Good stuff, keep it up Steensma!

We appreciate that we are on a yearly schedule to check our generator. The technician comes when available (our time is in January and seems to be the coldest day of the year.) The technician always lets us know they are coming and when they arrive but do not need to enter the house. We verbally receive a report when completed which is followed with an email. One year they did find a potential problem and returned with parts and fixed it. We are very happy with the service we've received.

We ordered our Gator in 2024 & were told it would be March of 2025 before it would come in. Corey kept us updated with new arrival. Keenan was very helpful in showing me how to run the Gator. Very happy with Steemsma & entire staff.

I normally have Cory assist me on buying what I need, but this time Ken assisted me and he was a wonderful sales associate with great knowledge and experience to make my decision on the correct snowblower.
I think you should have a rewards program or a customer discount system as I have bought almost $16,000 worth of equipment from your Plainwell store in the last 5 years. Something to think about, as to reward your customers who continue to come back and purchase items.

This was my second large purchase at Steensma’s where Doug has helped me! He is knowledgeable about all products offered and was very perceptive on my needs and helpful towards my decision making! Called in advance to bring in a John Deere x500 tire to be replaced.
Greeted at desk with friendly staff.
Left tire and it was taken care of in a timely manner.
Quoted price right on target.
Highly recommend Steensma...they also do regular maintenance on my Generac.
