Really poor customer service here every time I come. Staff never speaks to you upon entering or even when you approach the order area. Just stand there like idiots looking at you. Very sad compared to other locations.

Nice experience here. The drive-thru was wrapped around the building so we went in. It still took a LONG time. The drinks were done much sooner than our sandwich. Had to wait a while for them to heat it up... it is nice that Jacksonville finally has Starbucks as an option now though!

This is a HUGE standalone Starbucks! Tons of seating inside! There are tables outside as well. The baristas did a great job making our lattes!

I love my Jville Starbucks. I’ve been a student at JSU for 3 years and have frequented this Starbucks MANY times and I have never had a bad experience. Everybody is friendly and helpful, very accommodating, and just overall great. I have noticed that the employees have been mostly the same people since I’ve been a student as well, which speaks volumes to me. Probably the best Starbucks ever!!
