I tried to order coffee on the Staples app. It indicated that it did not recognize me. I tried to get a new PW but it wouldn’t allow me to do that and did not provide a fix that would work. There was no phone number listed to call if you have a problem. Tonight I had a problem with an Amazon order. I picked up the phone and in less than 10 minutes the associate helped clear up the problem. I’ve had problems similar to this with Staples over the years, not the first time. Customer service is either not a priority, or if it is, they haven’t figured out how to do it.

No WONDER I tell people about how great "MY Staples" is! No matter the circumstances, and since Opening Day, all the "regulars" who work here have been fantastic! Helpful, competent, knowledgeable, well-trained, and SO nice - ALWAYS!

Sometimes I'll joke with one particular employee that Staples is my social life. It's a pleasure even walking into My Staples.

Oh, almost forgot: the store is impeccably clean and organized, no matter how busy it might be at one time or another.

We purchased a new desk chair for my husband's work at the Golden Valley location. We originally were going to purchase it on line, but when the manager approached us and was so nice to offer to assist us in store, we wound up buying the chair in store. He was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly and he even matched the price with the discount that we were offered online! We will definitely go back to this Staples for any future office supplies that we need!

Been comming here for years. All the staff is new and has no training. What should have been a 10 minute print pick up, turned into a 40 minutes ordeal. So much for the easy button. FYI they don't carry UPS overnight envelopes. Or so the employee told me. She didn't even know what they where. The referred be to the UPS store. So quick to dismiss business. What a disappointment.
