Stan and Peggy got us maximum dollars from State Farm after a flood in our kitchen. Thanks to their hard work and perseverance, we were able to demo the damaged portion of the kitchen, safely abate the asbestos, and rebuild the kitchen to our liking. We are very satisfied customers.

Called this agency on 2/12/25. I had a question about whether State Farm has 'Loss of Use customizable on a home owners policies or whether it was a fixed percentage of the total. I told the woman who answered the phone I had a policy question and asked if she was the receptionist or an agent, as I knew this was a question for an agent as it was more complex. She was very/very rude, and seemed to take great offense and began to tell me she is a Team Member and not the receptionist or an agent and then asked what my policy number is... I said as a potential future client I would like to talk to someone who can answer this question in general, and could she answer it... Then she hung up on me. I immediately called back and it went to voicemail. WOW this doesn't reflect well on this Agency at all.
