I was introduced to Stamper's chesses at the Uptown farmers market. Anthony is so sweet and knowledgable about the product. I tried a variety of the cheeses in different recipes. The Violet Bella has won over for my low carb bread recipes.
The robust, funky flavor pairs well with tomato, brine and pickle breads. The red wine rine balances the mixture of flavors, in my breads.
I brought a few loaves to market and had the venders taste and try to identify their contributing product. Anthony was the only one to get it right. He recognized Violet Bella's nutty robust aroma, right away.

I was kind of excited to check out their stand at my local farmers market. I walked up and asked the gal if she had any favorite selection and how the pricing works. I took one of her recommendations for the apricot Brie and she pulled a smaller size chunk out of a cooler. Paid $8, didn’t think much of it, but when I went to try at home, it was pretty gross and like it had been rewrapped 20x. My bad I guess🤷🏼‍♀️. Got some gross recycled cheese.

Amazing cheeses, amazing staff! Big fan of the mustard seed gouda, and hand pulled string and 8 year aged cheddar! I'm not sure why someone complained about the size of the samples, but I do understand when I go to the grocery store, or any other store, samples are a courtesy, and not a given! The cheese is very high quality, and very local. And no one serves plastic on purpose, but it seems like it might be an honest mistake at a farmer's market.

I buy your cheese all the time. I love the Blue Cheese and Parmagano. I go to the Tinley Park Farmers Market weekly. The Lady that represents your company is rude has a horrible attitude and is not customer friendly. She gives out the smallest samples cut with plastic. I was standing next to a customer who had plastics in her mouth because of the sample that lady cut. I heard her say because of her ( your Rep) she would never buy your cheese. If this doesn’t change I will be the first one there to let other customers know NOT to buy your cheese

Very experienced sales staff that was attentive and friendly. My favorite booth at every farmers market. These cheese guys really know their stuff!
