Tried out this place today and it did not disappoint. The burgers were delicious and flavorful. The sweet potato fries were so yummy. Was told their ingredients were locally sourced. The customer service was amazing ! Food was brought out fast too. I had the s’mores milkshake and it was so good. And the atmosphere was cute. They even offer military discount which is very nice. I’ll definitely be returning. No complaints just raves. Highly recommend!

Tried a new spot in Manhattan, KS, "Spark's" - local sourced food. I had the Green Season Cheeseburger, featuring green chili peppers, with sweet potato crinkle fries, was very tasty, beef was juicy and flavorful. My son had the Spark's Bacon Cheeseburger and potato dippers. The burger was really good and tasted great with the bacon, lettuce and Spark's housemade sauce. To top it off, we also endulged in homestyle milkshakes, cookies and cream was the bomb. Great job, Spark's!

This was a nice burger spot to try out and I wouldn’t mind coming back to it. Probably the second best fast food burger joint according to myself. The burger is hot, the shake was malting, and the service was quick with a smile. I ordered to go but from what I can tell, the restaurant itself is spacious and clean, parking is decent but not super big. It’s in a less crowded area, but people should come make there way down and give it a shot. If you’re a Target shopper, this place isn’t too far from it, try it!

Food was super fresh. The sauces were all distinctive flavors. Loved that it's all locally sourced. We were interacted with multiple times. Everything was very clean. Our burgers and sides were all great. Will recommend and will return.

This place is an absolute gem!!! The owner Genievieve is so nice and helpful. Our food was brought out in about 5 minutes and it tasted absolutely delicious. I got the fire burger which came with jalapeños, pepperjack, bacon and their housemade fire sauce. Their potato wedge/fries are hot and crispy and soft in the middle. This place really is fantastic. All together my meal cost $17.

Great food and great service! I was visiting from out of town and stumbled upon this hidden gem. I had the privilege of meeting Genevieve, who opened Spark’s Burgers, and she was so welcoming and made me feel like I was family! Finally, I HIGHLY recommend the pancake milkshake… it was absolutely delicious!

I was skeptical when I walked in thinking its another burger joint, but I would say this place has the best burger in this entire are, Manhattan, JC and wamego. The patties were tender and well seasoned and all the toppings well cooked. Even they have the best fries in the area.
The price was reasonable and the food went beyond my expectations. If you are in the are I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.
Only suggestion is that please put a entrance sign or some big board which can direct customers to your restaurant directly boz I couldn't find the entrance in first place as it was getting over shadowed by the Dominos in the front.
