Seriously one of the best places to get a cold treat in Alma! I prefer to support the "little guy" versus the corporations. The staff has always been polite and the sweet treats are always on point!

This is the only place in Gratiot County we will go! The staff is friendly and fast. The amount of ice cream you get is well worth the price! I've been to other places and this one has them beat! Our favorite place hands down!!

Won't allow me to order in the drive thru as I walked up as my vehicle was to big to go through (or I was worried about damage to vehicle and trailer or building as I was hauling tractors) and wanted 5 ice creams. Unable to order at the walk up window and very rude to me and my kids.

Never felt so disrespected. We had two cars full we ordered ice cream and Malts multiple of each. They put two malts up by window when we asked what one was what they got mad because they couldn't remember and didn't label the cups. Then they put the other malts by the window not knowing witch one was what with those ones either. The girl got an attitude with us gave us the rudest attitude and dirty looks ever. The three different workers kept opening the lids trying to figure it out their bare hands on everything. Said they don't know and just handed the cups to us. The one cup was messy dripping all over the side. My mom asked if they could wipe it first the girl gave her a dirty look and just handed the cup without wiping so I had to ask she needs a napkin it's dripping all over the cup. Then both female workers got an attitude the one rolled her eyes the other gave us dirty looks. It's not our fault they didn't label or pay attention to what they made. It's not our fault they made a mess and refused to clean it making my mom's hands all sticky. We smiled was nice didn't rush them. So no reason for the females actions. I'm going to write hoping to get ahold of the owner post about this and contact the better business bureau because I never felt so disrespected. No Good day no come again nothing but I said it to them. my mom is the nicest woman ever she's sick with stage five kidney failure I didn't appreciate how they talked and treated my mom. She was nice she was patient she said please and thank you with a smile and they just did her wrong.

My husband and I absolutely LOVE Twisters of Alma! It is our favorite place to get ice cream by far. While we have tried many menu items over time, we've come to find our favorites are the Reese's and Kit-Kat Flurries, which I highly recommend everyone to try 🥰 It seems like they put a whole Kit-Kat bar per flurry 🤯 They definitely do not skimp out on the mix-ins!

The staff here is outstanding! Always super polite. My kids and I always try to get something different each time we visit and we have never been disappointed with our choices. I wish there was a dine in option.
