Absolutely disgusted, I bought two small containers of Chin chin for me and my sister, we get home and open them and eat most of them until I reach the bottom and see something weird, not 1, 2 but THREE small flys at the bottom of the containers. This is really disgusting as some of the chin chin had the legs of the flies on them and I really regret purchasing them and eating so much of it. I took pictures and was ready to go into the store and ask about it, but my friend suggested otherwise as they are known for really bad customer service.

This place lacks common sense business coordination and organization, i was really disappointed today when trying to get info or quote about PARTY FOOD for my upcoming event, I quess the owner of this business is already too rich and really do not care. By the way, I try their SUYA while i was there, its was tiny and nasty taste, not worth $8.99. I threw the Suya away.

Watch out, as of recent the store got hit with multiple health code violations by the Garland Health Department and due to that they're closed.

Edit: as of today July 27, the store is back open and available once more! Cheers! Changing my rating to 5 stars! There was just some technical issues.

It was shocking what this pple put inside the bowls to call coconut rice. That was so unfair, seems like rice was parboiled in water and salt only no single flavor. Is anyone checking on this pple at all? Their Irving branch is not like this. I trashed the 4 bowls of coconut rice I bought.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Southwest Farmers Market in Garland for a long time, but this recent experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful.

I placed an order and, as per their usual process, expected a confirmation before the order was released. Instead, my order was handed off to an Uber driver without any confirmation from me. The package is now missing, and Uber has stated that the driver no longer has it in their possession.

What’s worse is the complete lack of accountability and transparency from Southwest. I was told the issue had been “escalated,” but they’ve failed to provide any proof of that—no email, no update, no solution.

This store has very poor service, customers are delayed without good reason. As you can see from attached pictures, the store is in a state of disrepair. I saw a roach on the floor, I wonder the last time it was throughly cleaned. Something needs to be done about this.
