At the recommendation of a Santa Cruz foodie, a friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our outstanding salads. It’s not much to dine in, but taking our food to the beach was perfect and a glass of wine would’ve made it even better. Eating vegan the salad substituted cashew cheese for regular cheese and one other ingredient. It was excellent.

I love soul salad. They have many different salad varieties. The ingredients are very fresh. The workers are very friendly. I usually get my salads to go but there is inside and outside seating. Great salad! Five stars 🌟 update: still the best salad place in the county!! 💙💙💙🥗🥗🥗

Soul Salad is one of the gems of our greater Santa Cruz community. The owner is so considerate, and it shows. From the quality of the food to the friendly vibes to the care for detail, I could eat my favorite salad every day, if it weren't a half hour drive one way! Sadly, the delivery companies have decided to shirk us due to distance. 🥹😆
