I am the VP of a non-profit that has many tight deadline printing jobs. The first job we did was to design and print a certificate with an impossible deadline. We must have done 10 revisions by the time it was 'perfect' Scott and his team handled it in stride. He was just as committed as us to the outcome. Very impressive and unusual. We have since done a number of printing jobs since. One of them was a high end invitation to an event that had a number of pieces. Again it had to be 'perfect' Scott and his team were able to take the loose concepts we had in mind, improve upon them and deliver a beautiful, professional product at a reasonable cost on paper that we never would have known about if it weren't for them. He even came by to deliver paper samples to us for this and future jobs.
