Sonora Farmer's Market...a definite visit for fresh local fruit, vegetables, honey, breads and other goods. The market is open on Saturdays, listed as 730AM, but they were open a bit before then. Double check the schedule (weather, season, etc), before visiting, but it's a must see. No dogs allowed, listed on multiple signs...for the safety of all. Each of my purchases were cash based, I didn't ask about paying with debit or credit. Parking next to the market can be tight, so visit early...will make life easy and of course the best of the goods.

It's such a great farmers market. My only complaint is that they don't allow dogs. There are signs saying no dogs.

Great market. Variety of vendors, mostly focused on produce and food. The produce changes throughout the summer as crops are ready for harvest. It does get crowded and some days very hot but there is plenty of space and some shade.

There is such a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, along with tons of locally sourced goods. It is my favorite farmer's market in two counties. The people there are all so friendly and courteous, it is a lovely place to spend your Saturday morning.

Small and mighty. They have many veg vendors, flowers, plants, etc. It makes for a wonderful outing to meet ? up with friends and neighbors.

I saw this and felt like it summed up the experience well. A family ? with the children and baby. I asked if I could post ? this before I took the picture.

Absolutely love this market and wish it was year round! Always busy but for a good reason, go early to get a parking spot! Best vendors and fresh local produce.

I love to look around an window shop at all the shops, the decor in the places to eat rustic modern, unique. What really got my attention is that no matter what when crossing the driver's stop an pedestrians are given the right away..
