First off, they have so many options and pairings for olive oil and balsamic, it's easy to get overwhelmed but also, a lot of fun to try. Definitely stop by if you're visiting or driving by.
Second, honestly some of the best customer service I have EVER experienced. Discovered an issue after I got home with my product and they responded immediately to rectify the issue and sent a replacement in less than a week. Can't wait to use my new olive oil/balsamic blends!

They had a wide selection of oils and balsamics which you could taste as well as little gift sets and skin care items. I didn't take a picture of everything but that one wall gives you an idea of how many things they have.

Cutest little shop filled with olive oils, olives, vinegar, and more. I was in heaven trying out all the different flavors. They offer mini sample cups to taste the different flavors of oils. Basil, garlic, and coconut were some of my favorites but my purchase of the day went to the pomegranate. It was absolutely delicious. The staff welcomed me to the shop and answered all of our questions. They offer three different sizes of olive oils for purchase. It was a wonderful gift to myself and I can't wait to go home and try it!

Come try this tasting room! I bring all my friends here! An unbelievable selection to pair and experience. Once I tried THESE oils, balsamic vinegars, and maple syrups, I won't buy them from ANYWHERE else! There are other beautiful and thoughtful items like Italian pastas. Easy parking on the street in front, or across the street in the free parking lot.

I agree with the review that the quality of samples is much higher than the products in bottles. I tried different balsamic and olive oils and took two bottles of oil and one vinegar, all medium-size. The pomegranate balsamic in the bottle is not as thick and rich as on the sample, the extra virgin oil is also diluted. I took one bottle for our friends as a gift and was very disappointed, these oils and vinegar are not worth the $ 75 that I paid, the same can be found at Trader Joe's for three times cheaper.
I do not recommend shopping at this store, you just can get fun trying the oils and balsamic.

We happened upon the Solvang Olive Press and it was the best serendipitous adventure.
